 Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted:

⚠️ Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ccstrength.fit , and we’ll make it right.

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without explanation.
All items must meet the same return criteria mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the refund approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card companies may take extra time to process and post refunds.
