Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited / Express Shipping

Carriers Used: USPS, FedEx, DHL, Shopify Shipping, and local couriers depending on your delivery location.


 Shipping Costs

  • United States:
    Enjoy free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

  • International Orders:
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

    • International Orders: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: delivery estimates do not include processing time.


Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes where carrier service is available.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@ccstrength.fit. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a reshipment or refund if appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, CC Strength will cover the return shipping.
